Quiet roads, charming villages, this 52km loop will offer you breathtaking views of the mountains and the region.

As you pedal, you will discover villages such as Georgeville, Austin, Saint-Benoît-du-Lac. These charming towns are full of ancestral homes, small churches and other architectural treasures that bear witness to the rich heritage of the region. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to make stops at cafes, restaurants, and local craft shops. These stops will allow you to rest, refuel and discover the unique flavours and products of the Eastern Townships.

We suggest starting this itinerary in the heart of the lively city of Magog, where you will have no trouble finding free parking. Here are two nearby options:

• The restaurant Les Enfants Terribles on Saint-Patrice Ouest Street where the roof terrace is the most beautiful spot in town to admire the view and drink a little Corona (with or without alcohol).

• Giant Magog, at 744 Main Street W, Magog, QC J1X 2B3. The store is superb, the coffee excellent and the team really welcoming!

Finally, you could also start your ride from the parking lot in Baie-de-Magog Park, a little further along the proposed route.

• La Station Café et Cie Is a must in the region, both for the location and for the food and drinks offered there, so why not make it the starting and ending point for this itinerary. The freshness of the food and the quality of the products are felt in every bite. Sweet, salty, on the spot or to take away, there is something for all tastes and you may be tempted on the aisle or on the way back by its wood-burning oven and its barrel bar.

On the way, there is a Biciborne at the corner of Main Street/Lapointe Street, a bicycle repair station equipped with an air pump and multiple tools protected from the weather. These will independently enhance your journey should there ever be a glitch.
